Once your order is received, you will receive an email with an invoice and expected ship date. The minimum lead time for orders is two months. Please note that production will not begin on your order until payment is received. Lead times start once payment is confirmed.
Orders are shipped on Thursdays. You will be given a tracking number and expected delivery date once your order is shipped.
We will ship orders using USPS first class unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you have an account with another carrier (Fed Ex, UPS, etc) and prefer to use them, please inform us ahead of time and we will make arrangements with your preferred carrier.
Please note that once your package leaves our facility we are not responsible for shipping times. For any delays that occur please contact the carrier. Due to current Covid19 conditions USPS may be slower than normal.
For international orders: be aware that customs regulations differ for each country and we have no control over how long your shipment may be delayed in customs. If you experience a delay or have questions regarding the status of your shipment in customs you must contact your local customs department. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees.
Check with your country's tax regulations to see if there will be any additional fees before making your purchase.
We are not be responsible for these fees in any way and will not issue a refund because of them or cover any additional costs for you. We have no control over any duties, taxes or levies or any other type of fee after your package leaves our hands.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after we ship your items, so please be sure that your "ship to" address is correct and that it is delivered to a secure location.
